The front door opens into a hallway that presents the sitting room at the front, kitchen/dining area and stairs that lead to the first floor. With a window illuminating the sitting room from the front, this is a lovely separate space for couples or young family. At the back, an open kitchen/dining room has ample room for a dining room table and chairs, with double doors out to the rear garden. The kitchen itself is fully fitted with an array of storage cupboards and drawers, space for a washing machine, space for a dishwasher, and space for a tall standing fridge/freezer. Built in is a stainless steel sink/drainer, electric oven with gas hob and extractor hood over, ample worktop space and boiler housed in a wall mounted cupboard.
With access to each bedroom and the family bathroom, the landing also presents access to the loft as well as a useful airing cupboard. The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is a comfortable double room, with the bathroom also to the same elevation. Comprising a modern white suite including a WC, wash basin, and bath with shower over, along with two further bedrooms to the front aspect. The middle room is also a double bedroom and the third being a generous single.
To the front, there is a path leading from the pavement to the front door, surrounded by a lawned section. Adjoining the back of the property is a patio area with a paved steps leading to the rear access gate. Bordered by fencing on one side and by hedgerows the other, it is otherwise decorated with a neat section of lawn and slate shingle. At the back of the garden itself is a wooden storage shed. The gate at the rear leads to a courtyard area where the garage can be found in a separate block.
There is ample communal off street parking available on Cavendish Close and also unrestricted parking on the roadside.
